Tourists.

Today I got up and got my shit together and ready to come back to Kalamazoo. Had a little difficulty finding a kitty *surprise, surprise* but aside from that everything went smoothly. Once I got to Indian River and was getting gas I was watching the steady stream of cars, trucks and RVs getting on 75 and thinking that the trip up this weekend was an absolutely ridiculous idea. But the traffic wasn't too awful. I got frustrated with a couple people driving under 65 in the passing lane, but that's nothing new. lol. I picked Katie up in Houghton Lake and the traffic after that was actually much better. Most of the fudgies must have stayed on 75. And if you don't know what a fudgie is you have probably been one at some point in time.

So we made it back to Kalamazoo in one piece and I didn't threaten to kick too many people's asses on the way down. =) Less than normal, I think. Maybe. We dropped off my furbabies and went shopping for our party. I have decided on a costume and got a couple of the things I needed for it. Now I just need nunchuks. Katie says I'm not allowed to have real ones though. =(

Then we had pizza and watched Identity and Katie whined all the way through it about how much she didn't like it and how it was so creepy and how if she has nightmares I'm going to hear about it. I love it. HAHA! If you have seen it, you might agree with me that it's not THAT scary. But she claims it's the creepiest movie she has ever seen. Whatever, it makes my top 10!

Well, we are headed to bed so here are the pictures:

Day 64 (05.25.09):
Katie. lol.

Day 64:
today was one of those days I hated taking my picture. so I tried to express that.

Nah, it's a Northern MI word Kate. It's slang for a tourist in Northern Michigan. They come to get fudge...lol.
