Day 11 - [04.02.10]
Black is the only color that I have painted my nails since my junior year of high school. I have tried just about every brand of nail polish that you can imagine. Petites has been my favorite brand. The bottles are fairly inexpensive and they don't chip easily. I think that they are the best buy. And ya'll know I have gone through TONS of bottles of black nail polish.
Yesterday I finally repainted my nails before I went to work. Practical stuff for fire school and doing stuff at the station kills painted nails quickly. Thankfully, I've never been a girl who keeps her nails long, so that's never been an issue and I certainly don't care about a broken nail, unless it's one of those that rips down below the skin . . . those hurt. Anyhow, they were looking pretty bad and I figured I'm all dressed up for work, I should take five minutes and repaint my fingernails, so I did. :)
Song of the Day:
Pickin' Wildflowers by Keith Anderson
[Yesterday was another warm day, it would have been perfect for pickin' wildflowers. :) This song came on the radio on my way to work and I was driving with the windows down and radio blasting. And yes, I know what the song is really about, so don't go telling me I'm and idiot, haha. Also, last comment, I just watched the video for the first time and I have to say I'm a fan of the cowboy hat and earring. . .]

SO I saw the picture before I got to read the blog, but I had to laugh hysterically because I'm huge on the black nail polish as well and FINALLY painted my toes last night and like literally less than FIVE minutes before I saw your picture I was thinking I really need to paint my nails too!
